Treido charges 0% seller commission. Buyers pay a buyer protection fee, and store subscriptions are billed separately through Stripe.
The buyer protection fee covers non-delivery, damage, wrong item, counterfeit, or item-not-as-described cases and may be refunded when a claim is approved.
Under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, purchases from business sellers carry a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise the right, contact the seller through the order page within 14 days. You pay the return shipping unless the item was damaged or non-conforming. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to exempt goods under Art. 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (custom-made, sealed hygiene items, perishables, etc.).
Purchases from business sellers carry a statutory warranty of 2 years for new goods and 1 year for used goods (Bulgarian CPA Art. 112–115). For non-conforming goods you are entitled to free repair, replacement, a price reduction or contract termination.
If we cannot resolve a dispute by mutual agreement, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction and Bulgarian law applies.
You may also file a complaint with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (KZP), 1 Vrabcha Str., 1000 Sofia, www.kzp.bg.
Treido connects buyers and sellers and is not a party to the sale contract. The sale contract is formed between the buyer and the respective seller. We are responsible only for the proper functioning of the platform and for buyer protection claims when approved.
