Every purchase is protected. If the seller cancels, the item does not arrive, arrives damaged, is counterfeit, or differs from the listing, you may be eligible for a refund and buyer protection fee reversal.

2. Eligibility

The seller cancels the order.
The item did not arrive.
Item differs from the listing.
Item arrived damaged or defective.
Wrong item was delivered.
Item is counterfeit.

3. Process

Contact the seller through the order.

They have 48 hours to respond.

Ship the item back with tracking.

Refunds and buyer protection fee reversals are processed automatically once the claim is approved.
